Enterprise Products Partners is currently seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer support.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service. This role requires excellent planning and research skills to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support 2. Adaptable and passionate about customer service 3. Excellent planning and research skills 4. Strong communication skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Bachelor’s degree preferred
