As a Remote  Customer Care Specialist at CarMax, you will be responsible for providing exceptional  customer service to our clients in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a  customer service role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and hardworking with a strong sense of innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries about our products and services, as well as resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures. 6. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a  customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and  customer service software.
