Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 4. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation. 5. Handle client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 6. Contribute to the development and improvement of client service processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and provide valuable insights.

Requirements: 1. Driven and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). 6.
