Remote Client Service Assistant

Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and reliable, with strong soft skills in persuasion and time management.

Responsibilities: – Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat – Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution – Manage and update client records in our database system – Collaborate with internal team members to address client needs and concerns – Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients

Requirements: – Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software – Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
