Descriptions:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support and develop activities aimed at Training & Development, ensuring the smooth functioning and organization of activities in the area + generalist HR activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support to identify external suppliers for courses, lectures, conferences and other events offered by the market;
  • Provide necessary operational and support resources for training events (room reservations, sending invitations, requesting coffee breaks, ensuring a suitable environment, etc.);
  • Maintain updated Training controls and records to ensure success in internal and external audits (archiving documents, filling out spreadsheets, sending effectiveness assessments, etc.);
  • Management support in the scholarship process;
  • Routines related to T&D and HR (Ex.: Payment of invoices; Scanning of Certificates, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of administrative routines;
  • Basic knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Academic education
  • Studying Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
