Live Chat Officer

Sysco, a leading company in the food distribution industry, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner – Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution – Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed – Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions – Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers – Contribute to improving the overall customer experience on the live chat platform

Requirements: – 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field – Hardworking and energetic personality traits – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Creativity and persuasion skills – Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Proficiency in typing and using computer applications – Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
