Lennox Recruitment is working with one of the UK’S leading Executive Search agencies and due to their continued growth,we are currently looking for an experienced Consultant to join their team.

The agency specialises within the Tech/ Software sector and they have a global cleint base.
Overview of the role:
  • Full time hours (9am-6pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-5pm on Fridays)
  • FULLY REMOTE – with a monthly meeting/ catch up in London
  • Base salary £30-40k plus great employee benefits such as 37 days annual leave, private healthcare etc
  • Commission 25% plus bonus
  • Average placement fees between £20k-£55k
  • Your focus will be to place senior software sales people globally.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of two years working in a single retained search business with business development and delivery experience
  • Highly desirable to possess a research-based degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS office including PowerPoint, excel and word.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Desirable to have experience within SaaS Executive search
