  • Working knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrate ability to execute all areas of video production, including shooting, editing, and color grading.
  • Experience setting up and operating cameras, lights, microphones, and other production equipment for in-studio and on-location shoots.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, such as the ADDIE model, with experience implementing Backwards learning as a plus.
