Context and background

One of our key Talent priorities across CCH in 2024/2025 is to become the Employer of Choice for our key talent segments. To ensure we attract the right skills to CCH and ensure the external promise we make as an employer is the lived experience for our people there is a need to refresh and develop our employer value proposition for CCH.

Our current EVP was developed in 2017 and further aligned to our values in 2023. Since then, our business and talent priorities means we need to re define our group wide EVP and also develop a more segmented EVP for key talent segments that we aim to recruit and retain across CCH moving forward.

This Project Manager role is therefore to project manage the development and delivery of the new EVP and Employer Brand for CCH working closely with the Employer Brand teams, People & Culture leaders, CAS, Talent teams, our business units and external agencies.

The role: Employer Branding Project Manager

As part of the Talent Center of Excellence, this role reports into the Group Head of Employer Branding and will project manage the development and implementation of the new EVP and Employer Brand for CCH.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Project Plan: Develop project plan, stakeholder map and key milestones to develop and implement group wide EVP and Employer branding activities across CCH.
  • Stakeholder management: Ensure stakeholders are fully updated on progress, key milestones and deliverables of the new Employer Value proposition and Employer brand.
  • Risk management: Actively manage and mitigate potential risks to the delivery of the EVP with appropriate actions.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate and engage with all project workstreams critical to the development and delivery of the EVP and Employer brand.
  • Agency Management: Work closely with the marketing agency to facilitate research activities including the development of the messaging framework, creative concept and activation plans both internally and externally.
  • Budget management: Manage the budget for the new EVP and ensure third party SLA’s and delivered on time and on budget.
  • Workshops/Focus groups: Actively lead the workshops and focus group as required to develop new EVP working closely with BU’s, CAS and P&C teams.
  • Platforms and Digital tools: Project manage the updates and enhancements to digital and social media channels to embed new EVP across CCH for e.g. papirfly, careers website, Instagram, FB, LinkedIn.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management: Group Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, Senior Leaders (Top 300), country People & Culture Directors, EB managers in countries, agencies and other suppliers.

  • Key internal stakeholders: EB Community, People & Culture Directors, PC LT, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team, Talent leadership team, TA, Senior Leaders (Top 300)

Profile we are looking for

  • Deep understanding of Employer branding practices
  • Experienced and skilled project manager and communicator
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition trends and attraction strategies
  • Ability to create communication strategy & plan based on targeted groups’ needs.
  • Ability to leverage social media and other communication channels
