Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• Developing, building, and delivering technical solutions to customers based on IBM Data & AI technologies with a focus on IBM Watson (Assistant, Discovery, etc)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Watson, and IBM Data & AI technologies. (e.g Watsonx)
• Being seen as a subject matter expert in Waston to customers and colleagues
• Identify and assist in the leveraging of new, potential areas of technology and/or industry which should be of interest to Data & AI which will generate revenue.
• Be aware and willing to coach both internal and external stakeholders around key developments in IBM Watson, AI, and Data & AI.
• Supporting client advocacy practices within Expert Labs (such as client success stories, references and NPS)
• Making all your customers successful whilst achieving key metrics for yourself and Expert Labs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience in working in a team environment to deliver assignments/projects.
Programming skills in Python, Java, SQL
Skills and understanding in machine learning, generative AI, information retrieval, conversational systems, natural language processing, language modelling.
Experienced in data engineering and basic data science methodologies.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices in delivering IT projects.
Good communication skills to articulate challenges and solutions in a client environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Some knowledge of Cloud architecture such as Containers, Kubernetes, and Devops Methodology.
Track record of successful project delivery to customers
Hands-on experience with Watson Developer Cloud services (Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery Service, Watson Knowledge Studio, Natural Language Understanding, Sentiment Analysis, Tone Analyser etc.
Experience with generative AI and large language models
Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture design, documentation, and best practices
