Customer Support Representative

Publix Super Markets is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Assist customers with product information, availability, and pricing. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 4. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Adaptable and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 5. Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve independently. 6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
