iHeartMedia is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the company’s CRM system. 8. Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and growth initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to effectively persuade and influence others. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 8. Must have a dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection. 9. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
