Client Service Assistant – Work from home

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Client Service Assistant to join our team at iHeartMedia. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or related field.

Responsibilities: – Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner – Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met – Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars – Provide administrative support to the client service team – Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels – Contribute to the development of strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: – Excellent communication skills – Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively – Experience in a customer service or client-facing role – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
