Chat Support Officer – Work from home

Exelon is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. We are looking for hardworking and independent individuals with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support channels – Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer concerns – Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions – Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions – Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support – Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: – 3+ years of experience in customer service or support – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Ability to work independently in a remote environment – Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills – Proficiency in using chat support tools and software – High school diploma or equivalent
