As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns regarding waste management services.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software. 6.
