Descriptions:

The Sr. Workday Analyst at BBI will play a pivotal role in the ongoing implementation and optimization of Workday. This role will lead QA and testing efforts, act as BBI’s internal testing authority, and manage the entire testing process. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will drive the Restaurant Support Center’s internal training initiatives, ensuring thorough planning and execution of training strategies in collaboration with third-party support. Post go-live, the Sr. Analyst will join the HRIS function, taking on various responsibilities within the new Workday environment and supporting the Phase 2 roll-out of additional functionalities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QA and Testing Lead:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Workday Testing Strategy, including User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End Testing, and Payroll Parallel Testing.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop comprehensive testing scenarios.
  • Oversee the entire testing process, including coordinating internal functional teams, managing defects, and partnering with Workday and third-party QA teams for resolution.

Training Lead:

  • Direct the internal Workday training program for HR, Payroll, and Administrator teams.
  • Partner with KSI Consulting to design and implement effective training strategies.
  • Ensure training content aligns with BBI’s needs and oversee the execution of the training plan.

Post-Implementation Responsibilities:

  • Integrate into the HRIS function, taking on diverse responsibilities within the new Workday environment.
  • Support the Phase 2 roll-out of additional Workday functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience leading HR technology projects or implementations, with at least 5 years of related experience in Workday.
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring and designing complex Workday business processes, eligibility rules, validation rules, and advanced configuration tasks.
  • Proficiency in various Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Absence, Help, Journeys, LMS, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting products, including PRISM.
