Eligibility Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma is mandatory to apply; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in  customer care service will be a plus point.
  • English language proficiency (Written & verbal) is a must to apply for the role.
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary.
