Role responsibilities:

  • Listing products on various websites including taking pictures and writing product descriptions
  • Liaising with customers via telephone, email and website chats
  • Processing admin of customer orders
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Ordering of new supplies
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Working directly with TikTok in order to produce relevant content

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Creative flair with an interest in décor and styling
  • Photography skills would be an advantage
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good working knowledge of social media platforms
