Customer Service Manager

Publix Super Markets is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: – Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service department – Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention – Train and mentor customer service representatives – Analyze customer feedback and data to make informed decisions – Handle escalated customer complaints and issues – Monitor and report on key performance metrics – Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience – Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community

Requirements: – Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Experience in people management and team leadership – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities – Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends
