As a digital product owner (business systems consultant), you will help assist with system enhancements and process improvements for digital experiences and capabilities. You’ll be responsible for product development and enhancements in the Progressive servicing applications (web and/or mobile), where you’ll shape and shepherd digital experiences that deepen our relationships with customers. In addition, you’ll demonstrate an understanding of omnichannel experiences and the role digital plays in each customer’s journey with Progressive.

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Successful completion of the Progressive-sponsored LEAP (Learn, Explore, Apply, Prepare) internship program
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of two years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred skills

  • Experience with product and service design; able to drive the creation of products and product features through the incubation process with a focus on leveraging an iterative test-and-learn approach for user insights, design, and development
  • Knowledge of Scrum and other agile practices and methodologies, user functionality and various system environments
  • An understanding of data analytics and how data drives decisions about experience-crafting
  • Experience with building a cost benefit analysis, understand the output and have the knowledge to use the results to help drive business decisions

Compensation

  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
