Client Service Representative – Remote Work

Charter Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis in London, England. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities: – Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met – Provide feedback to enhance client satisfaction and improve overall service delivery – Utilize planning and analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement – Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience – Proven track record of at least 3 years in a customer service role – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work independently and confidently – Demonstrated planning and analytical abilities – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software – Excellent problem-solving skills
