Key Responsibilities

 

  • Clinical Support: Assist emergency response operators in clinically assessing patient conditions and providing actionable recommendations for care.
  • Rapid Response: Offer real-time advice for critical scenarios, including but not limited to, falls, chest pain, respiratory distress, and other emergencies.
  • Documentation: Accurately document clinical consultations and recommendations in the system for reference and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operators to enhance patient outcomes through seamless communication and guidance.
  • Education: Provide concise explanations of medical terminology, symptoms, and potential treatments to non-clinical staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols in every interaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Licensure: Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact license preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care, emergency care, or telehealth.

 

Skills:

  • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes situations.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and electronic health records.
  • Location Requirements: Must reside in the Philippines with access to a reliable internet connection and a private, quiet workspace.
  • Language Requirements: English C1
