This role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

What We Look For: (For Medical Allied except PH Registered Nurse candidates)

  • Graduate of ANYAllied Health Science Course (Nursing, Radtech, MedTech, Biology, Psychology, Nutrition&Dietetics etc.)
  • Must have at least6 months experience in BPO setting preferably clinical research
  • Preferably with at least 6 months clinical / hospital bedside care experience
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic skills in MS Office and Windows based programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Physical Sites:BGC, Taguig City & IT Park, Cebu City
  • Other remote work locations: Pampanga, Davao and Baguio
