    • Add and update quote details in Commonsku and HubSpot (Main Sales Pipeline
    • Calculate product sell prices and ensure accurate quoting
    • Generate quotes, check stock levels, and submit for approval
    • Send approved quotes to clients in CommonSKU and HubSpot
  • Client & Order Management
    • Request and coordinate artwork approvals via Email & HubSpot
    • Manage client presentations, web images, and brand assets
    • Move deals through the pipeline, ensuring job details and amounts are recorded correctly
    • Send approved jobs to Production & Dispatch teams
    • Update customer check-in dates and event calendars
  • Reporting & Administration
    • Maintain the Quote Dashboard and track deal status
    • Prepare and submit weekly and month-end report
    • Generate shipping labels and arrange dispatch for special projects
    • Support additional admin tasks as needed

Tasks To Do (Project-Based Initiatives)

  • Post-Sales Follow-Up: Send out Google Review requests for completed jobs
  • Client Engagement: Send new product catalogues to potential clients
  • CRM Updates: Maintain and update HubSpot client lists and targets
  • Brand Management: Consolidate and store Brand Guidelines for easy reference

Skills Required

  • Experience in Sales Support or Administration (previous experience in promotions, print, or merchandise is a plus!)
  • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities – you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented – ensuring accuracy in quotes, orders, and reports
  • Tech-savvy – experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, CommonSKU, or similar platforms
  • Customer-first mindset – ability to communicate professionally and build relationships
  • Team player – you collaborate well with others and are eager to learn
  • Ability to work under deadlines – managing multiple projects while staying on track
