Position: Virtual Assistant
Work Setup: Work From Home
Salary: PHP 85 / Productive Hour

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction Analysis:

  • Review Viber and Facebook messages between sales and customers, identify key concerns, and provide a concise summary of all issues raised for resolution and tracking.

Database Management:

  • Update and monitor the status of customized orders in the database.
  • Ensure all quotes for customized orders are requested.
  • Process approved customized orders.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Verify and track adjustments made to records.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Check financial records and transactions, including bank and GCash.
  • Coordinate and track deliveries via Lalamove.

Qualifications:
Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role.
  • Experience with inventory and database management is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of financial transaction monitoring tools (e.g., GCash, bank portals) and delivery services (e.g., Lalamove).
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward system improvements.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection and backup.
  • A laptop or desktop with up-to-date software and capabilities to perform the job efficiently.
  • Familiarity with relevant software or systems for managing quotes, inventory, and orders is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85.00 per hour
