Key Responsibilities:

User Training: Conduct training sessions to empower end-users with the knowledge to resolve common IT issues independently.
Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide efficient and friendly support to end-users.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support roles.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
