As an Ecommerce Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving sales for thousands of products on platforms like our DTC Shopify website, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and more. You’ll shape digital storefronts, optimize sales strategies, and create engaging customer experiences.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop a deep understanding of UMA’s systems and partner platforms.
  • Manage daily order flow, inventory updates, and product listings across ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze SKU performance using digital analytics, optimizing as needed.
  • Build and update product listings promptly, ensuring accuracy and compelling content.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the content team to address and improve product descriptions, imagery, and details.
  • Analyze customer feedback to address product, content, or shipping concerns proactively.
  • Support influencer marketing efforts, managing partnerships and utilizing tools like Creator IQ and TikTok Shop.
  • Provide daily updates and performance reports to the Ecommerce team leadership.
  • Contribute to cross-functional tasks and training as assigned.
