We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team.
This is an entry-level position that plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our data and smooth functioning of our internal systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting and entering data from our partner platforms into our internal database, as well as performing basic checks on displayed information and link functionality.

What will you do?

Extract data from partner platforms and accurately input it into the company’s internal database.
Verify that the entered data is correctly displayed on the dashboard and meets the required standards.
Perform regular operator checks to ensure new offers are correctly reflected on the promoting assets.
Conduct basic functionality tests to ensure that all website links (e.g., SEO CTAs) are working properly.
Monitor partner platforms for updates and ensure data accuracy is maintained.
Communicate any discrepancies or issues in data entry to the team.
Possible additional responsibilities:
- Assist with generating and compiling weekly reports on data performance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any dashboard display issues.
- Maintain and organize data records to ensure easy retrieval and long-term data integrity.
