We are currently looking to grow our Client Support team. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to kick-start their career in the music distribution and technology space. What You Do:

  • Work as part of a larger team responsible for the quality of digital releases which are being sent to digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) worldwide
  • Ensure all client releases comply with the DSP policies and guidelines
  • Answer client queries within our internal ticketing platform, adhering to team SLA requirements
