Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a digital support role
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and chat support platforms
- Type speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Technical Skills
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar customer service platforms
- Experience with team collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
- Experience with keyword research and analysis
- Basic understanding of API integrations
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
- Familiarity with chatbot technology and AI-assisted customer service tools (preferred)
What to expect…
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
Equipment:
- Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
