Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a digital support role
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and chat support platforms
  • Type speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Technical Skills

Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar customer service platforms
  • Experience with team collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
  • Experience with keyword research and analysis
  • Basic understanding of API integrations
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
  • Familiarity with chatbot technology and AI-assisted customer service tools (preferred)

What to expect…

Schedule:

  • Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

  • Rate starts at $5 per hour
  • Payment is made via Deel

Equipment:

  • Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
