  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any IT related course.
  2. With system operation and maintenance experience is preferred
  3. 1+ years of customer service experience is an advantage
  4. Familiarity with project management principles, techniques, methods and tools
  5. 1-3 years of work experience related to project/system products, with priority given to Internet industry projects.
  6. Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

– Responsible for sorting and categorizing customer questions and continuously improving the content of the robot knowledge base;

– Responsible for matching customer questions of different customer inquiry scenarios with the robot’s standard questions in the robot knowledge base to improve the accuracy of the robot’s answers;

– Hope to have some customer service experience, understand the customer inquiry scenarios, and train the robot for the customer inquiry scenarios (match the customer questions with the standard questions).

– Be able to lead the design of Customer Service-related system functions or products according to Customer Service business requirements, and connect with the outside world, complete the system functions online, and be responsible for the operation results of the system functions/products;

– Be able to independently responsible for customer service related system maintenance and requirements, locate optimizing points, make optimizing suggestions and land;

– Be able to identify and classify risks in project implementation, give risk avoidance programmes and promote implementation;

– Ability to manage systems support teams.

Job Types:  Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php30,000.00 – Php50,000.00 per month

Education: – Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience: – project/system products: 3 years (preferred)
