The RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (VIRTUAL/REMOTE) is responsible for managing the recruitment process for the fitness club, ensuring the hiring of qualified and motivated individuals who align with the club’s values and goals. This role involves sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the club, including personal trainers, membership sales associates, administrative staff, and management roles. The RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST will work closely with the HR Manager or PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the fitness club.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the fitness club’s website.

  • Performance Metrics:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Provide reports and insights to the HR Manager to improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 – Php20,000.00 per month
