Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Google Ads as the primary focus, and strong capabilities in Facebook Ads. You’ll lead our paid media efforts, ensuring high-performance campaigns for our gaming clients, while optimizing for growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Google Ads campaigns for our clients, optimizing budgets and performance.
- Manage and support Facebook Ads campaigns, applying expertise to integrate cross-channel strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads align with broader marketing objectives and brand strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and paid media strategies, specifically in the Google Ads ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success with budgets greater than $25,000 per month.
- Solid experience with Facebook Ads and the ability to integrate campaigns across platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in data-driven decision-making, especially in optimizing paid media performance.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and tactics to improve campaign efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex results to clients and team members.
- A collaborative team player, capable of working independently and mentoring others.
