JOB SUMMARY

The Training officer directly reports to the Manager, Technical Training. Likewise, the training assistant has the overall authority to

communicate training announcements, consolidation of training participants, control of all training records and documents.

  • Assist Technical training personnel on all administrative related concerns.
  • Ensure that the needs of the technical instructors to properly perform their functions are being handled accordingly.
  • Ensure maintaining, control and safekeeping of all documents and records related to Training activities.
  • Others that the Head of Training and Manager, Technical training assign related to his/her function as training officer.

 

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge in instruction and/or learning design is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge on related administrative function.

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, determined and highly capable disposition
