The ideal candidate for Home-Based Roofing Estimator will assess project requirements, prepare accurate cost estimates, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This role requires extensive knowledge of roofing materials, labor costs, and construction methodologies.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Roofing Estimator or in a similar estimating role within the roofing/construction industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using estimating software such as [e.g., AccuLynx, PlanSwift, or Edge Estimating.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in estimating or project management are a plus, e.g., OSHA Safety Certificate, NRCA Pro Certification, HAAG, Engineering Licenses, Atlas Pro Roofing)
  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with roofing terminology, materials, and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Customer-oriented and can adapt to and respond to diverse nationalities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Various roofing industry-specific software (i.e., AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr, EagleView, Exactimate)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – PHP 75,000
  • Industry: Roofing Industry
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Shift: 8 AM- 5 PM CST
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
