Conducts NDT in accordance with applicable procedures to determine if parts meet nondestructive specifications. ASNT IRRSP or equivalent is required by NRC and MSDH in order to perform industrial radiography or an assistant in radiography operations. Perform on-the-job training for Level I employees. Perform NDT in accordance with applicable procedures. Perform specific set-up and calibrate equipment.

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with related experience in NDT or has satisfactorily completed at least two years of Engineering or Science study or a Level II certification by examination. Must be proficient in three (3) of any six (6) major methods listed (MT, PT, RT, ET, VT, or UT). RT Level I is required. Candidate is required to have ASNT IRRSP or equivalent radiation safety 5-year certificate.

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to inspect confined spaces, stooping, bending, crawling, and climbing when required. Demonstrated basic computer skills are required. Possess the ability to read blueprints.
