We are looking for a human resource professional (HR professional)/ Process Executive / Customer service representative to join our team and assist our potential client by providing excellent knowledge and information about the services offered.

Provide positive interactions with potential clients while helping them navigate the first step of their personal injury claim.
Organize, prioritize, and process inquiries daily following standard protocols from initial screening and pre-qualifying of new leads to providing potential client and case details to the right legal team for review.
Collect contact information and accurately summarize relevant case-related information using the firms’ intake software and custom database management system. Follow up with potential clients as needed and manage referrals to/from other law firms.
Develop a thorough understanding of the firm’s specialized practice areas, internal systems, and many nuanced intake procedures.
Build productive and trusted working relationships with team members of all levels.
Answering questions about a company’s products or services. Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
Providing proactive customer outreach, through proactive call conversation.
Informing customers about real or potential product/service issues, and monitoring brand mentions.
Speak to clients to determine their legal needs, collect pertinent information about their cases, and establish rapport with them.
Communicating with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
Proactively asking customers for feedback.
MUST HAVE:-

Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process, inside sales with revenue-based responsibilities for the US market, or experience in international voice process as a customer service/support or Telesales.
FRESHER/UG with excellent fluency in English may apply.
Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of MS Word, Excel
SALARY:

From a minimum of 16K up to No bar for the right candidate

SHIFT:

Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM IST) US Eastern
