Anthem is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: –

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner – Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services – Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting – Maintain client records and update information as needed – Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues – Monitor client feedback and escalate complaints to the appropriate department for resolution – Participate in training and development programs to enhance client support skills

Requirements: –

1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role preferred – Energetic and hardworking with a positive attitude – Strong teamwork and communication skills – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail – High school diploma or equivalent required
