Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at DoorDash in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide support to our customers and delivery drivers. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers and delivery drivers. 2. Assist with order processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. 4. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions. 5. Demonstrate leadership skills by assisting and guiding other team members as needed. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to compliance regulations. 8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management.
