Job Responsibilities:
Impact our clients by improving and transforming business processes in the Finance/HR domain, advising on best practices.
Lead/manage client engagement teams in the implementation or redesign of Finance/HR processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing transformation roadmaps.
Provide consulting advice on Finance & HR processes to clients.
Conduct discovery/design thinking workshops, capturing and documenting business processes using BPM/Project Management tools.
Collect client business information through methods such as shadowing, interviews, surveys, and process mining.
Actively participate in business development activities.
Drive teams to manage large programs, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing escalation management and anticipating trade-offs.
Lead and mentor high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC, DFSS, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.).
Discover and assess automation initiatives, regulatory compliance, and critical business decisions.
Drive business in alignment with Allianz Services India strategic goals, identifying and developing new services in Finance & HR areas.
Maintain and develop excellent relationships with senior stakeholders of various AZ OE customers.
Lead projects/programs for various AZ OEs, acting as a consultant and assisting in achieving intended goals.
Manage revenue and expenses, supporting the development and management of the revenue plan.
Maintain a strategic view over projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives or large-scale change.
Be accountable for the performance of consultants/project managers/engagement, ensuring an engaged environment for optimal performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
MBA/CA/ICWA with strong F&A skills, minimum 17 years of experience.
Experience working in multiple industries (insurance preferred), handling and transforming end-to-end Finance/HR functions.
Consulting experience in transforming global clients finance processes.
Proven process transformation experience with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, strategic, and tactical thinking skills.
Ability to articulate business value, identify key business metrics, create success stories, and user stories, well-versed in agile methodologies.
Experience leading and managing a team of consultants to achieve business division goals and objectives.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Functional knowledge of ERPs – SAP S/4 HANA/SuccessFactor (preferable) and other industry-best finance/HR applications.
Comfortable working in an international environment and willing to work abroad when needed.
