Theelitejob is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for the position of Management Trainee / Executive – HR. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for various HR functions to support our organizational growth and employee development. Job Responsibilities:
Recruitments: Assist in creating job descriptions and maintaining records. Source and screen profiles for specific roles in United States and international geographies.
MIS: Create monthly Management Information System (MIS) and share it with the team. Assist in any additional or ad hoc data requirements by the management.
Performance Management: Support the Assistant General Manager (AGM) HR during the annual appraisal process. Work with Heads of Departments (HODs) to create Key Result Areas (KRAs) for new joiners and all employees for the next financial year after the conclusion of appraisals. Handle any other HR-related roles and responsibilities as assigned.
Employee Engagements: Execute various employee engagement (EE) initiatives as per the EE calendar. Maintain regular communication with employees, address their queries, and organize events such as employee picnics. Facilitate employee trainings and maintain training records. Conduct exit interviews and share feedback with the team.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements and qualifications:
0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
