Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for filling the role of financial analyst, supporting various programs and miscellaneous task order awards. As a financial analyst, you will prepare weekly and monthly financial reports that are delivered to the customer; pull weekly reports from COGNOS and reconcile that data, prepare and submit adjusting entries as required when errors are discovered. Will enter TDLs and task revisions in local financial system, route them to the customer for approval; enter employees in the workforce and generate work authorization memos; prepare project setup forms to submit to the project setup team for new charge number entry; track and process contract financial deliverables. Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role is primarily work from home, however several days a month in the California, MD office will be required. There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary’s County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with various financial reports such as Contract Financial Summaries/Project Status Reports, General Ledger reports, and Estimates to Complete

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $53680 – $91300

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
