Yum Brands is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and start their career with a globally recognized company.

Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive dining experience – Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner – Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system – Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations – Maintain a clean and organized work environment – Assist in various tasks as needed to support the overall success of the restaurant

Requirements: – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Critical thinking skills to effectively solve customer issues – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively – Leadership qualities to take charge when necessary – Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed – No previous experience required, training will be provided
