Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR seniors and functional heads to develop policies, programs, and solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Take initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity of employees, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and retention.
Partner with stakeholders during the annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance management, career development, rewards and recognition, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, and payroll.
Provide timely actions on policy interpretation and application to ensure compliance.
Implement talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, specifically for the sales vertical.
Design and implement training programs to meet the organization’s training objectives.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances promptly.
Develop an efficient, result-oriented team capable of achieving targets and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement the communication framework to enhance internal communication channels.
Provide input for the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Assist in deploying the career planning objectives of the business unit.
Ensure the deployment of suitable motivational and team-building initiatives.
Implement specific initiatives based on Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Ensure adherence to the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process within the unit.
Provide grievance counseling and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Manage employee exits and share exit analysis trends with managers, Heads of People (HOPS), Process Heads (PH), and Functional Heads (FH).
Possess comprehensive knowledge of all HR policies, serving as a central point of contact for HR-related issues within the unit.
Collaborate with Corporate HR on various HR initiatives.
Implement immigration-related policies in compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide support to on-site personnel in the areas of communication and career planning.
Facilitate the deployment of mentoring programs.
Oversee performance management processes, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the financial or technology industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
